Summary of Pastoral Council Meeting ~ May 10, 2016

• At the final pastoral council meeting before the summer break, Father Danella showed us two short videos on the Holy Year and the Logo for the Holy Year. 

• We were given the list of Churches that have come and/or will be coming on pilgrimage to enter through our HOLY DOOR.

• House of Charities Appeal will begin Pentecost Sun., May 15, and Father Danella will speak at all the Masses. Parish goal for this year is set at $115,772.56. 

• The parish is also seeking to be involved in the Family Promise program. 

• The newly appointed Committee on Security has a plan in place to make our Church complex safer. 

• New signs and chains to be put up to help alleviate the problems with our parking lot used as a traffic short cut and a public venue.
